Will evidence collected in Poland be admissible abroad?
Yes. Judicial cooperation in Europe is based on mutual recognition. It applies in civil and commercial matters under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
For evidence to be effective abroad, it must meet two conditions:
- It must be collected 100% legally in Poland, which is our responsibility. Moreover, we follow the Polish Act on Detective Services of 6 July 2001, and know local laws.
